Comments from our guests and members

Members and guests attending our weekly meetings are very important to us. Based on your comments we are able to produce many more educational, inspiring and entertaining weekly meetings.

Following are some of the comments we have received. Would you please send us your comments?

Nice to hear the recordings of Paul Harris and be reminded of the beginnings of Rotary.  And thanks very much for the video of how Rotary International got involved with the task of eradicating polio.  I had no idea of the difficulties involved in trying to get the eradication program started.
-- David Werrett, E-Club of Canada One, District 5370

How Rotary International got involved with the task of eradicating polio. An overwhelming and amazing story - that Rotary had the insight to see what needed to be done, had the belief that they could do this, and also the determination that they would not be swayed by opposition. Hats off to Rotary!!
-- Vicki Horsfield, E-Club of Canada One, District 5370

Love the format of the meeting.  It gets better every week!  Like the membership info at the end.  The October 21 meeting was extremely diverse, interesting and educational.  John Lewenstein's TED talk was very enlightening.  I enjoyed every video and bit of information. Well done!!
-- Sharon Blaker, E-Club of Canada One, District 5370

I remember growing up basically in my room with polio cases around us.  In the first test of the Salk vaccine and then the first test of the Sabin vaccine given to kids that had been given the Salk vaccine already.  What a wonderful history of this journey.
-- Jim Kenyon, E-Club of Canada One, District 5370
