For some, this is how we bless the Beloved Feminine Devine. Third eye to third eye—sharing sacred breath. This is very honorific as this represents the exchange of ha--the breath of life, and mana--spiritual power between two people.

Following are some of the comments we have received. Would you please send us your comments?
August 15. The video of the hidden miracles of natural world was absolutely amazing. It is difficult to conceive that there may be something inside a strand of silk that is already so minute and then you see the inside of it magnified by maybe a million times.
August 22. The TED Talk about why there are not more indigenous restaurants was interesting in the way the speaker described what colonialism had done in North America, and similarly on other continents, to alter native peoples’ diets for the worse.
-- David Werrett, E-Club of Canada One, District 5370
Patrick Ney. Patrick's talk reminds us that, to have been meaningful, there has to be a purpose in life beyond focusing on the daily grind of work.
-- Todd Colbourne, Rotary Club of Kingston, District 7040
August 14. Great meeting as always.
-- Jim Kenyon, E-Club of Canada One, District 5370
August 16. I will be one of the 10 members who will walk 10 kms over 10 days. I hope to lose 10 lbs!!
-- Vicki Horsfield, E-Club of Canada One, District 5370
Sean Sherman. The speaker is an American Native chef who brought me to the realization that we experience foods from all over the world but lack any knowledge of foods that are derived from indigenous cultures around us. They used the resources around us; however, we consume most foods that came with the Europeans. I cannot count a single Indigenous restaurant that I am aware of.
-- Michael Thomas, Rotary Club of Stony Plain, District 5370
August 17. Loved highlighting our amazing members of both our Club and our District.
-- Sharon Blaker, E-Club of Canada One, District 5370

Women in low value-added sectors lack skills to access other higher value-added sectors. As shown in countries such as Singapore, Taiwan, and Malaysia, an increase in vocational training is a precondition for countries to make the transition from low to high value-added production.
Tremendous progress has been made to reduce global poverty. According to the World Bank, 1.92 million people lived on less than $1.25 a day in 1990 compared to only 1 million in 2011. In 2015, several Millennium Development Goal targets were met.
While substantial progress was made in many areas, pressing global needs still remain. With the adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals, an updated development agenda outlines remaining concerns: Almost 202 million people were unemployed in 2013,6 74.5 million of whom were young people, ages 15-24.
Agriculture is the main source of income and employment for the 70% of the world’s poor who live in rural areas.
The gender gap in employment persists, with a 24.8 percentage point difference between men and women in the employment-to-population ratio in 2012.
