Following are some of the comments we have received. Would you please send us your comments?
December 12. The story about the history of mistletoe brought back some memories. When I was growing up in England at Christmas we used to receive a parcel containing mistletoe from an Uncle who lived in another part of England where mistletoe grew abundantly on his farm.
December 19. I found the Speaker's program on Asperger’s syndrome most informative, it's quite surprising to discover so many well-known people, that have been exceptional in their field of endeavour, had a form of Asperger’s syndrome.
-- David Werrett, E-Club of Canada One, District 5370
December 5. Fast Fashion. Astounding the amount this woman spends on clothes. I can only assume she was never taught anything about saving money and investing.
December 12. It is great to hear people speak out forcefully against all the plastic garbage we generate. But I get so discouraged when I see people continuing to buy plastic bottles of water, juice, soft drinks without giving it a thought.
-- Vicki Horsfield, E-Club of Canada One, District 5370
December 17. Fellowship event. What a wonderful club we have.
-- Doug Dyer, E-Club of Canada One, District 5370
Tony Attwood: Asperger’s Syndrome. I found all parts of this program very interesting. The lesson in Self Worth was very striking. I also enjoyed the "Twelve Days of Christmas" by the Morman Tabernacle Choir. The presentations about the baby elephants at the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and thinking about Asperger's Syndrome as a gift to be developed rather than something to get rid of were particularly informative and interesting. The meeting format is very easy to follow.
-- Elizabeth Rhoads, Rotary Club of Wilmington, Delaware, District 7630

The Four-Way Test is Rotary’s unique approach and process to address conflicts, solve problems and make decisions to achieve desired outcomes. It can help us be more successful in reaching mutually beneficial, sustainable, and scalable solutions.
The Four-Way Test has been a go-to for Rotary members when they have found themselves in difficult situations. With the Rotarian Code of Conduct, it is an ethical and effective guide for Rotary members to use for their personal and professional relationships. Furthermore, the concepts of conflict transformation embrace many of the Rotary principles. The Test is about fellowship, empathy, accountability, and trust.
Conflict transformation is the process to transform conflict into constructive change without violence. It differs from conflict resolution and conflict management approaches by recognizing “contemporary conflicts require more than the reframing of positions and identification of win-win outcomes.
Every week we'll have a draw and the lucky person will see their song featured!
